BOPP Transparent Flexible Thermal Lamination Packaging Film Rolls Suitable Being Laminated On Paper
Thermal Lamination Film Roll is used on roll laminator machines for the post-press lamination work, which comes out of different printing ways such as offset printing, screen printing, or digital printing. It mainly sees a glossy or matte finish, taking base material of transparent plastic film of BOPP, PET, or PP, composited with a coating layer of EVA.
BOPP Thermal lamination film is a two layer product composed of basic film and adhesive. Suitable for dry laminating. The basic layer of film does not melt at laminating temperature. It is produced through the extrusion coating process where the adhesive is applied to the film.When heated, the adhesive melts to a tacky condition where is married to the printed sheet under extreme pressure. When cooled to a solid again. The adhesive provides a high strength chemical bond.
