Directions for using PET thermal laminating film:
* Normal process temperature is 90°C-105°C, roller pressure and temperature vary with different types of paper, ink and machines.
* When using the film for the first time or do other treatment, try a small volume before mass laminating.
* Make sure the ink is dry before laminating. It will delaminate when the paper contains too much moisture and powder.
* Make sure put the material in a low-temperature, dry place.
Storage & Handling of PET Thermal Lamination Film:
1. Keep the film laminating roll upright in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse; avoid storage in direct sunlight or near sources of heat less than 2m.
2. In order to avoid damage to the film surface or end surface, avoid collision during product transportation, loading and unloading process.
3. When used the thermal laminating film in winter, should put the film and laminating substrate in the operating
room, balance the temperature higher than 18℃ and then processed.
